This 7-Day Pathway offers a simple yet powerful structure to support you on your journey of cultivating inner balance and enhanced resilience. 

Each day over the next week, you’ll receive 8-10 minutes of impactful teachings and guided practices, designed to help you expand your capacity for stillness, connect deeply with yourself and develop a more conscious approach to leadership.

Meet Rebecca

Rebecca Wilson is an ICF certified Executive Coach, mindfulness teacher, and experienced senior leader.

Rebecca spent much of her life identifying as a high achiever (who desperately wanted to save the world). At some point along the path of striving for more outward impact, she realized she’d lost connection with herself. Her path of self-discovery led her to experience the profound effects of mindfulness.

Along this journey, Rebecca continued to thrive professionally, moving into senior leadership positions in the management consulting and not-for-profit sectors. All the while, she was diving deep into wisdom traditions and personal development, eventually training as a certified coach, meditation and yoga teacher. As she observed changes within herself and her clients, she began witnessing the transformative impact of inner work on leadership effectiveness.

Rebecca founded Arborvida to help high achieving, purpose-driven leaders deepen their presence and elevate their impact. She’s married her unique experience, qualifications and passion to create a truly transformative offering.
