In an intimate group setting, you’ll learn various ways to quiet your mind and direct your attention in a deliberate manner to focus on the present experience of your body, mind, and emotions. You’ll walk away with practical tools to maintain a personalized, sustainable and nourishing mindfulness meditation practice of your own, even if you’ve traditionally found stillness challenging.
